Mission
The Banks Public Library provides library material and services to help the community residents meet their recreational, personal and educational needs. Special emphasis is placed on stimulating young children’s interests and appreciation for reading and learning. The library serves all community residents regardless of age, race, creed, national origin or political or social views. The library is a resource enabling the individual to examine many points of view and make his or her own decisions.
Weekly storytimes are offered on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 am. Check the calendar for more Library events, or send an email to BanksPL@wccls.org or call the Library at 503-324-1382.
